The unique collection of classic cars, trucks and motorcycles owned by entrepreneur Frans van Haren forms the basis of the Metropole Museum. This is the place to be for the passionate car enthusiast, whether it concerns luxury limousines, sports cars or trucks. Both quality and level of the collection are exceptionally high and every single car has its own story.
The old cars from various eras are housed in a spacious, 30.000 m² hall of the Metropole complex, in the middle of a beautiful natural environment on the water. A beautiful ambiance in which the collection comes into its own. And with over 400 cars, Metropole is one of the largest car museums in the Netherlands.

With a collection of more than 400 classic cars, Metropole is one of the largest car museums in the Netherlands. Lovers of Italian design can enjoy our beautiful Alfa Romeo collection. Including the elegant Alfa Romeo 6C and the powerful 8C models. But also the stylish Alfa Romeo Giulia. These classics symbolize Italian finesse and racing tradition.

For those interested in something unique, we have the amphicar 770. A rare amphibious car from the 60s that can be used both on land and in water. Also other classics, such as BMWs and Mercedes-Benz vintage cars can be found in the museum. But also new sports cars such as the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT-R.

Also the French Citroën classics, such as the Citroen 2CV and the stylish Citroën DS. This classic car is famous for their innovative design and technology.
